Guided open play time to get active, make friends, and foster a love of learning.

9:15–9:30Opening Group
A welcoming morning meeting where children build community, connect with teachers and peers, and learn the routines and themes that guide their day.

9:30–9:45Small Groups — Literacy, Math & Science
Individualized small-group instruction, providing targeted development in literacy skills, number sense, analytical thinking, and pattern recognition.

9:45–10:30Mindful Movement
Children develop physical self-regulation and motor-skill development while releasing energy and having fun.

10:30–10:50Snack & Bathroom Break
Snack provides important nutrition and fuel while practicing self-regulation, manners, and interpersonal skills.

10:50–11:05Purposeful Planning
Children create a purposeful plan for their play by drawing and writing about what they will do, developing early literacy skills, strengthening self-regulation, and purposeful thinking.

11:05–11:50Imagination at Work
Children build evolving storylines, negotiate roles, and follow the social rules of their own invented worlds, guided by teachers trained in mature dramatic play. It looks like play. It's how children learn focus, flexible thinking, and self-regulation.

Children participate in a guided discussion, reinforcing memory, self-regulation, and social communication skills.

12:00–12:30Lunch & Bathroom Break
Lunch provides important nutrition and fuel while practicing self-regulation, manners, and interpersonal skills.

Rest provides recuperation time that maximizes learning outcomes.

A brief transition to refresh before the afternoon block of activities.
